Bike registration

Register Your FavoriteBikes E-Bike

See the warranty coverage for your purchase channel, prepare a valid dated receipt, and register through our official FavoriteBikes Support form.

Dealer or second-hand purchase? Check coverage before registering

Have your dated purchase receipt ready. The form opens on FavoriteBikes Support.

Registration is confirmed after review

Submitting the form starts your request; it does not activate the registration by itself. Your registration becomes active only after a team member verifies your information and approves a valid, dated purchase receipt.

Bought from a dealer?

Your original dealer manages the warranty relationship

If you purchased from an authorized or local dealer, contact that original selling dealer first for warranty replacements, labor, refunds, repairs, and post-purchase service. Their sale terms determine the coverage they provide.

FavoriteBikes can still assist with technical troubleshooting and parts identification. For a dealer-sold refurbished bike, any warranty coverage is the coverage offered by that dealer at the time of sale.

About the limited warranty

Your purchase channel sets the maximum term

Individual components may have shorter coverage limits, and the purchase-channel term in the table above is always the overall ceiling. Normal wear, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, and other exclusions may not be covered.

For complete component limits, exclusions, shipping-damage rules, claim requirements, and legal terms, read the full Warranty Policy.

Does submitting the form activate my warranty registration?

No. Submission starts the review. Your warranty registration becomes active only after a team member verifies your information and approves the valid dated receipt.

Why is a purchase receipt required?

The receipt verifies the seller and purchase date so the team can apply the correct channel-specific coverage. Without a valid dated receipt, the registration cannot be approved.

When does my warranty period start?

For an original purchase, the warranty period begins on the delivery date. The manual review verifies the registration; it does not move the original coverage start date.

Who handles coverage for a dealer purchase?

The original selling dealer handles warranty service and post-purchase support under that dealer's sale terms. FavoriteBikes can help with technical troubleshooting and parts identification.

Can a second owner use the original warranty?

No. The limited warranty is non-transferable. Second-hand owners can still contact FavoriteBikes for technical troubleshooting support.

What does the limited warranty cover?

Eligible defects are subject to component-specific limits and the maximum term for your purchase channel. Wear items, misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, and other exclusions may not be covered. See the full Warranty Policy for complete terms.
