The Dealer Service Code is a diagnostic access tool reserved for FavoriteBikes Support and authorized service partners. It is used for diagnostics, calibration, firmware-related troubleshooting, and restoring factory-compliant settings.
Service Access Policy
For safety and compliance reasons, FavoriteBikes does not provide advanced passcodes, speed-unlock codes, or instructions for modifying speed, power, or performance limits. If your bike is not working properly, please contact FavoriteBikes Support with your bike model, serial number, and a description/photo/video of the issue. Our team will help troubleshoot within the bike’s compliant factory settings.
