Sales techniques
Feature highlights. FavoriteBikes’ patented Smart System includes an integrated LG display, 1600-lumen lights, and an intelligent lock that works by passcode, RFID, or app. Lighting adjusts with speed and ambient brightness (with manual + / − control), and the bike supports turn-by-turn navigation and over-the-air updates.
Test ride. Encourage test rides — let customers feel the bike’s selectable ride modes (used according to local regulations and riding conditions). The Hybrid Pro’s magnetic torque sensor delivers an especially smooth, responsive feel, even at zero pedal assist.

Pre-delivery checklist
Run this quick check before handing a bike to a customer for a smooth experience:
Assembly
Follow the assembly manual. When connecting the multi-pin connector, align the male and female sides and press it all the way in.
Test ride
Test ride the bike and confirm throttle response. If throttle behavior seems off, perform a throttle calibration.
Throttle clearance
Verify there is enough clearance between the throttle and the button so they don’t interfere.
Sleep mode
Let customers know RFID and Bluetooth enter sleep mode after a few days or when the battery is removed. To reactivate, press and hold the power button until the display lights up. (This is the most common “won’t turn on” question.)
Lock function
Confirm the smart lock locks and unlocks correctly.
Battery charging
After a full charge, the charger won’t charge another battery until it’s reset by unplugging from the outlet — a safety feature, not a fault.
