FavoriteBikes App Account Deletion

If you have a FavoriteBikes mobile app account, you can request account deletion from inside the app or by contacting us using the instructions on this page.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the FavoriteBikes app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Edit Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@favoritebikes.com with the subject line Delete FavoriteBikes App Account. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your app account.

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymize account profile data associated with your FavoriteBikes app account, including app profile details and user-generated app content where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, warranty, fraud prevention, safety, security, or transaction record obligations. Store orders, warranty records, and customer support records may be retained according to our legal and business retention requirements.

Timing

We generally process account deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the account owner.
