Consent Recording: All customer service calls are recorded using Vapi.ai. Your verbal consent is captured in the call recording and AI-generated transcript, which are stored with a timestamp for compliance purposes under TCPA regulations.

Confirmation Message

The first SMS you receive will include opt-out instructions:
